  • Milk and dairy products: light cheese, skim milk and low-fat yogurt. Others, such as medium fat cheese, low-fat milk, low-fat yogurt with fruit , mozzarella, parmesan etc. can be eaten occasionally
  • Eggs can be eaten twice a week
